2g side mirrors on 1g?

so i have been looking online and through the search to see if anyone has done this before, might sound ### but i have a good reason. i parked my car in the school parking lot cause im doing some work on to it and i left it over the weekend and some F***ing D*** head who has no value of things decides to kick my mirror and smashes it and i can't find any 1g DSMs here in Guelph or around to get a mirror but there is alot of 2g's so i was wondering if the 2 g mirrors will fit on my 1g?????????? and i need this for safety.
