so i went over the new shell the other day for what i thought was the last time. i noticed almost all of the driveshaft to diferential bolts and all of the 4 bolt axle bolts were missing. would it be alright to put regular bolts in or is there a certain number or strength bolt that i should be using?

OEM Is the best because they will break if they are not the correct strength.

Here are the Part numbers and quantities you will need.

Driveshaft to Differential: Bolts: MB000938 Qty: 4
Nuts: MB154075 Qty: 4

Axles to Axle cups: Bolts: MB 160664 Qty: 8
Nuts: MF430122 Qty: 8

You will also need 12 washers but any will work

Just call your local dealer. He gave you the part numbers.

Just guessing but I would say 1-2 dollars per bolt and under a dollar for each nut. But yea give them a call and the will give you a price.
