um.... It will go as low as your wstegate will let it. Boost controllers can not make boost go lower than the wastegate spring setting!!! So if you run a boost source straight to the wastegate, that is the same as running the boost controller wide open. That would be your low point. The high point would be about 1.5 times that spring pressure. (thats the same as running yout gate without any line or the boost controller closed) How consistant it is inbetween those ranges.. I have no clue. But that is not what you asked. If you are running a external gate or a internal with the extra top boost port this will change alittle. If you are running one of those I dont think you would have asked the question.
