I just did the switch from a 2g head to a 1g on the 4g64 bottom end. Did everything. Head, intake manifold, tb, thermostat housing, water pipe, ect. Picked up a lower radiator hose for a 1g and now my intake pipe is pushing into the lower radiator hose right where it connects to the water pipe. I'll look at my 1g when I get home and see if its radiator is different from my 2g fluidyne radiator. Other then that I'm stumped.
