Hey i have a question about my front case. Now i couldnt get the philips screw out of the back of the front case that holds on the oil pump gear cover (along with the 4 bolts). Well here is my question - I did install it without taking that cover off and i ended up starting my car and still ran into some problems, but i hear the gears in the case singing a little bit obviously. So my question is...will this noise go away after awhile? i have to take my timing cover off yet again due to oil coming out of the bottom of the timing cover - so should i just go all the way and take the front case off again and try to get that screw out and try to grease up the pump gears? Or is there a way to get some vasoline down to the gears without taking the cover off? (just and idea)
