I need to know what fuel pressure I need to be at on a 6-bolt block with a 2g head, do I use 1g fp or 2g fp?

You use 2G FPR. Remember that you're still using 2G ECU and all maps to control fuel, and it's all made to work with stock 2G fuel pressure setting.

10-4, I couldn't think what the pressure was dependent on, thanks.
