Hello all i need your opinion on a few things if you can help. I been researching and no one has asked this specific question. Here is my question. OK so i finally have turbo and the motor runs OK. But when idling it runs lean on my a/f gauge. But when I'm driving it will do 14.7 with no boost. when i floor it it drops down to allot of fuel like 8-10. Fly's like hell but when not around my boost area it some times stutters like a ignition problem. and stutters tell about 2800 RPM's. Ive replaced the wires plugs, Cam sensor. But i don't think it is the coil pack. Possibly but i don't know thats what my question is. I hear of these ignition products. Has any one heard of these and are they any good and do you think they would help my issue. I have 440 injectors and a sfmu. Almost positive that this is some sort of ignition problem when under 14 psi its still at 12-13 a/f meaning I'm good in that part of the turbo boost area.

Screaming demon Coil pack any good??

Pulse Plugs any good think that it would fix my issue.

Dont even bother with them.

What is your fuel pressure when you hit 2800rpms, and how much boost is present at that time?
At first I sounds like your saying its at 8:1 afr, but then it sounds like 10-12afr. Im just trying to make sure its not a fuel problem, because if your afr is in the 8's then that could defitnatley be it.

Sounds like it's may be gasping for fuel on sudden throttle changes. What are you running for management? MEgasquirt or FMU?

May want to read a little harder.
I have 440 injectors and a sfmu.

Edit: Newdsmtuner, you should update your profile because it says you just have fmu.

Edit2 (LOL, I need to think before I post): It looks like in your pictures you have a narrowband, and it doesnt say anything in your profile. (Since narrowbands dont read the ratio just whether your rich or lean).

Narrowbands are very inaccurate and Im just wondering how you know your afr ratio. (Since narrowbands dont read the ratio just whether your rich or lean).

That's not true, they're just slower to respond to changes in AFR.

Sorry i got the wide-band lc-1. i don't think its very reliably tho.I'm also using the biggest disk in the sfmu kit and 440 injectors. I lower my fuel pressure and works great but runs lean when driving normal. Not on gas all the time and says that I'm hardly getting any fuel when idling, but i think this is wrong cause (don't call me weird or anything) but when you smell the exhaust it doesn't smell anything like lean.

Sorry for the profile update.. its now been updated

LC-1 is proven to be a pretty good and accurate wideband. From what you are saying, I"m wondering about your O2 sensor. Does she idle lean when you first start up? Are your plugs reading really rich?

I think i found/fixed my issue. one of the fuel rail connections was leaking on boost. it totaly floods my motor and has so much pressure that it made a small leak. thanks everyone for helping me
