does anybody could help me to do a timing belt job,cause im kinda lost on how to tension the tensioner

i need some help ASAP!!!!Are you reusing your tensioner, hence asking about how to tension it? If you're reusing it, you'll want to use a bench vise to compress it. Rotate the handle no more than 1/2 turn, let it sit for 20 seconds, repeat. Make sure you turn the handle s-l-o-w-l-y, otherwise you could damage the tensioner. I would volunteer, but I won't be home until next weekend and I'm not sure if I'd need any of the specialty tools or not (which are not currently with me). But if you're still looking for someone by next weekend, let me know.

I was glad to see everything worked out as I was scrolling through your thread. Your best bet is to look for an uncut crank and rehone your block, but of course I'd bring it to a machinist to inspect it first.
