my car is still down. I'll see if i can get a t3 inlet gasket before the end of the week and a new alternator from kragen. I could start working on the car now, but ive been working this weak @$$ 7-3:30 shift and im f'n tired after work!!!

Too bad you're all the way in SF, I have a spare alternator I would give you. But I wont be back in the bay until Friday morning.

I bought 1 alternator from kragen in 2004 and have been using my million mile warranty to the max! ive probably went through 10 alternators since then! haha

Thanks for the offer though!

Now I realized I have some work to do on the car and no time to do it. Unless I take the black car. But that's not exciting.

nobody's going to go anyways.

Can we just have a damn dyno day at FFTEC already!!! I would definitely go to that!!!

Edwin, you are in tightest with the FFTEC crew, tell sean to get a dyno day goin for us.

I will talk to him about it this weekend when I get home. I know I will be having my own dyno day once the car gets put back together...haha.

We tried to do a dyno day about a year ago. It was more of a dyno challenge, to call out all the fastest 4g powered cars in the bay area. But there was not enough interest. None of the other shop or any bay area guys felt like stepping up to the challenge. It'd be hard to do just a DSM dyno day, it would most likely have to be a DSM/EVO day. I'd love to do it end of September or early October, I know a few fast cars are going to be done by then. We'll see how this goes, we'll start a new thread about it.

I would be down for that! But mine is nowhere near the fastest dsm. But I would still be interested in having my car dyno'd if we have a meet like that! :thumb:

sounds great!

By no means did i mean that it had to be a dsm dyno day, it could be an evo/dsm meet, so more than 5 people will actually show up!! haha

I drove around to all the meet up spots and saw no one, I stopped at a gas station and 2 2gs pulled up a minute later, I asked them if they were here for the DSM meet, they were like "whats a DMS?" I said nevermind, but said hey, 3 DSMs in a gas station, I can proudly say I was part of the biggest DSM meet to happen this year. :thumb: So it wasn't a complete loss.

Didn't see you out there bro?

I guess I showed up too late. I only saw one other DSM, a bone stock looking red non-turbo 2g. Good thing I brought my daughter with me, we played at the beach for a little bit. So the trip wasn't a complete waist, just mostly.

Where the pics at? I think it might just be my computer but I don't see any.
