It was running fine, was driving then intermittently it would run fine then die and kept doing it very quickly. At the same time a clicking near the ecu was following the rythym.

Then after it dies I can jump start it, it runs great for a few moments then does the same thing and dies. It wont start back up under its own power.

I need this fixed SOON!!

I have a feeling its the ECU or a bad alternator.... IF its both, I have both spare parts. HELP!

I would start with check for a dead battery and the alternator not charging. That could be due to a bad alternator or a blown fuse.

I've posted several times what you should be watching for to tell id the ECU is resetting or not powering up. It's pretty simple, if the CEL doesn't turn of for five seconds when you first turn the ignition on and then go off your not going anywhere. On turbo cars the boost gauge will go to 0 and start there until you start cranking.

Get a voltmeter and measure the battery voltage at rest, with the ignition on, and while cranking.
