Eclipse & Evo Meet Pt. II

It was my first dsm meet and i must say, it was alot of fun. I was only there for just a bit of it. I met up with the guys from Ladsm at Autobacs (im the one with the Green gsx with the black front bumper, big front mount and hood vent) and i would like to thank them for being really nice to me even if i wasnt with the Ladsm organization. Thanx Playboyjenna for the event! Cant wait till next time!

According to a member it was the worst meet ever, but I can only do so much.
Until next time! Thanks to everyone again, pleasure meeting you guys. If work allows I will head to the Norwalk ones more often I know I've been laggin on those. :(

tha evo guys need to change the diet.....haterade and sour grapes.......they probably got bubble guts for days. on a side note i got the setup in!!!!!!!!!!!!!everything except the magnus... dialing in the 1000cc injectors today!
 
Hey sam, your gonna laugh your ass off when I go into rre and bother you next week!!! Why didn't anyone tell me that I was more red than the damn ketchup on our burgers. Hey sam, does ky work for sunburns too or only for fuel pump seals and assembly lube???:tease:
 
Yeah, it was a fun meet. I'm sunburnt pretty bad... and I put sunscreen on like three times. I also woke up with a sore throat this morning, but I still had a good time at the meet. :D
 
well, i painted my car,cleaned my interior, lowered it and new tokico's,new intercooler, and a few other things JUST for this meet since i was expecting turbonetics to be there and other big things since its cali right and here in vegas sponsors like that dont come out ... EVER! and that was the only turn out... im not going to say the meet sucked but i left to eat to a restaurant next to the pier with my gf because i didnt feel welcomed since im from vegas :confused: ... when u guys came to vegas for our meet i introduced my self to everyone and everyone looked at me wierd... wtf? we are all grown right.. its what people do intro them selves and make the visitor feel welcomed... jenna was the only person i talked to at the meet ( it was a pleasure meeting you by the way) i probably wont attend another meet in cali .. its not worth the gas... so yeah i cant say the meet sucked since i didnt really attended it... huntington beach was fun though the 3 days and 2 night i stayed there... i recognized a few peeps that came down here that were at the meet but i guess you guys didnt recognize me, i looked over and was about to walk over but then i got the "wtf are you looking at" look :notgood: ... any who.. to who ever took the piks of my car.. they came out great! thanx alot!!:thumb:

I never new anyone was coming from vegas??? I give more props to you than the tj guy. I think people in cali are too afraid to initiate a conversation with a stranger or something. My buddy from Virginia was astonished at how Non-easygoing people are out here so it isn't the first time I've heard that. Everyone I spoke to was cool though. This is my first dsm meet also out here in cali, or anywhere for that matter. We must be a bunch of introverts???
 
I got a little sun burnt LOL but its was cool... met some cool people and had a good time... and isnt jagermeister and monster good... you guys know if im talking to you.. and some of you may remember me.. my external dump pipe fell off on the fwy on the way to autobacs
 
Honestly I dont remember a guy from Vegas coming up to us to introduce himself. I was at the Vegas meet and I can't remember who you were. Met so many people!! Sorry if I didnt make you feel welcome, I was busy setting up that damn grill.

Also it's hard to please everyone. At least you had fun in Huntington Beach, nice area
 
Hey Jenna! Thanks for setting up the meet! Mostly Eclipse rides that made it out. I didn't get sun burnt....and I took a nap out in the sun too! Met alot of good people out there, everyone loved DSMs and didn't care how the event turned out. As for someone saying the event was crappy, ummm....Evo dude...all the way.

Met alot of new guys, some not on the fourms, everyone was cool. As for the Vegas guy, we were asking if you came around in the first place and no one knew if you even came. If we didn't see someone we knew, we went up to meet them....especially if they had a DSM. The EVO and the lone sti owners didn't come up to meet us. Well, maybe one owner.

But this meet was cool....especially cause it was at the beach. As for that chair.....I wanted to save it to throw in front of a Honda or something like that.:sneaky:

Ya....that chair wasn't as bad as that Cadillac owner....that guy was a dick wad. It was funny man! We were at autobacs on our way home and when we walked outside from the store and we just see this 2g with this HUGE wing. I said," Dude.....look at that...." and before I could finish, some guy walking behind me said...."Thats bad huh...?" I'm like....ummmmm....yeah. Ended up being the guys car, I got in my bucket asap so I could just pee my pants from laughing soo hard.:tease:

Hmm well positive things here, negative things over on the evo side. I'm over it, I honestly don't care, what I did is for a good cause and if it wasn't good enough then oh well.
I had fun and thats all that really matters to me. I feel stupid now, for waiting out there while I was starving trying to hold spots for the evo owners. I can't please everyone.
Next time I think I'm going to just do it once a year and at Chino Hills strictly.
