The coolant leak should be simple. Tell whatever shop you go to you want them to do a coolant pressure test. Basically they will top off the coolant, hook up a special rad cap adaptor, put a vacuum on it at 15-20 psi, and that should tell them where the leak is coming from. Being a 420a and seeing as you got it at an auction, 420a's are know for bad head gaskets though. As for you oil leak, if you have the car before its at the shop, i'd brakk clean the valve cover, top off with oil, then start it up and see if its leaking. If not, when you take it to a shop, tell them you'd like them to clean the oil pan and whatnot (they should have brakk clean too) then they should fire it up and at least have some idea of where the leak is coming from. I work at a shop and thats what i would do. And trust me, you'll sound a lot better if you walk in a shop and say "i have a coolant leak and would like the system pressure tested for leaks", rather than "i have a coolant leak and have no idea where it's coming from"
