New DSM In The Tri-State

I'm new to the DSM world and I would like to know if anyone is close to me (Staten Island, NY). It looks as if I will be coming home from Iraq by the beginning of next month because of some mix-up in orders. I have a ton of parts at my house and I was also wondering if anyone has some free time that would like to help me with my DSM. Lets just say we will be starting from suspension up, I have every bolt on with some internals+.

BLCK do you know if there is a main meet that takes place close by where I'm located? I would like to go to some with my boys.

We are New Jersian. The furthest north we go for meets is Fort Lee.

Ok, what is considered the popular area for the meets. Such as having the most people there.

We put together our own. We just had a Red Robin meet with a decent turnout (~15 guys). Just stay tuned into the forums.
