So i did a 10 mph roll in first then to second. When I shifted into second it went into second and then some. I did not bang the gear hard or anything above what I should. It shifts fine in every gear but feels like a steering wheel with no power steering. And second and reverse seem to go in and if i pull ahrd enough it pops back into another position behind the gear.

Sounds like you might have a broken shift cable. There is a crimped area at the trans where the cable pushes out. I would be willing to get that crimped piece is broken, so it can no longer push the shift shaft arm properly. Might want to try to disconnect the cables and try shiftng the trans by hand with the car OFF to see if it feels the same.
