I have 90 GSX thats been down for a while and I cant figure out why it has stopped running... It has spark, fuel, and its in timing. I built the car for about 500 horsepower and I have never been able to get passed the break in period. The car will crank but not kick over. When I try to crank it, sometimes it doesnt do anything but click. If I turn the key enough and it clicks a bunch of times it will try to turn over, but slow. If I turn the motor by hand a lil, it will crank fast again, but then goes back to clicking the motor turns freely by hand... Im so confused! The motor was built by me and 4g performance, but now that ive moved to va beach under goverment orders, I cant really have them take a look at it anymore. If anyone knows what to do or can help me with my situation, please let me know, thanx guyz!!!

We just had the same problem that you are having with a car a friend of mines has in Washington state. His timing belt was slipping and was not geting a spark or fuel. If u want more help there is a shop that i know of Lynhaven called Direct Performance.

the timing belt is in time. thats what has been stumping me... i gues i can reset the timing again and see if that works... ill get back to ya, thanx buddy!

make sure you're getting compression. As far as the not being able to turn over I'd change the battery first. Being as it's cheaper and easier to get to. (or borrow a known good one just to try it out). if that doesn't work then try a starter.

ive already put a new starter and battery in and new plugs.

im starting to think that my brand new eprom stage 3 ecu is fried! i pulled it out and put my stock one back in and it still did the same thing just with out the error code...
