I put the hyperflex bushings on my car. The tie rod boots seem to be too tall and when the ball joint is tightened, the boots push over the ledge that the stock one sat on. A little grease is being pushed out of the boot. I read the tech article and it seems like I have the right boots based on the picture. What could be the problem. I would think that the boots should have been a little bit shorter.

yep I had same problem, but over time they will get a lil more flexible and work correctly.
