Its that time again to change my clutch and this time i am going better than stock. I am trying to decide between Act 2100 or 2600 or other competitors such as Exeddy or more. I know it seems like i have a lot of choices but i am trying to save a peny or two :sneaky:.
Anyways my upgrades are under my profile so feel free to give any advise. Thanx in Advance.

I've driven with the 2100, and it's a great street clutch, good for DD. I have a 2600 in my parts car, and it doesn't feel much different. I plan to put the 2600 in my car, and I know people that have them, and are very please. It all comes down to what you want to do with your car? more DD 2100, take it to the track on weekends, 2600.

Well i use mine for both for a DD for now till i get another car(soon) and for the track but i think act 2600 sounds pretty good. Do you guys have any info on any other companies that make clutches for us? BTW do you think changing the flywheel will be neccessary? I was not planning not too since its a lot better for racing if you have a heavy flywheel?

I just bought a Competition Stage 4 sprung 6 puck ceramic clutch from maperformance.com for a decent price, if you pm the vendor and ask for a price or call and ask for a price (tell em you are a dsmtuners member) you might be suprised how cheap they are. I'm still in break-in (200miles on it) but so far the pedal pressure is very manageable, and the clutch is very sticky. I plan on DDing my car and taking it to the track.

As for the flywheel simply get the flywheel resurfaced at a machine shop.
