Hey my names Eli n im new to cars in general . I just picked up a 1990 Laser RS Turbo with a evo manifold n some other stuff . I will be modding it to a 10 sec car over time . Its a project car for me n as of now I whip my moms scion XB !! haha It doesnt really run exactly right as it revs to like 4 n then pauses for 2 secs then goes to about 5 1/2 , it wont go any higher . Hope to get some help getting into this car stuff from you guys
