Any meetings in Broward county FL?

Does anyone know where are the DSM meetings in Fort Lauderdale area? If not... Can we start one?

yeah there are meetings every 2 weeks on a sunday, we just had a meet this past week so agian in 2 weeks


on the corner of university and commercial blvd @ the checkers
usually starts around 7 ish but ppl come and go
this past week, we were out till around 1130 ish just chillin

if you want to roll out to some different places or shows just pm me and ill give you my cell.

That must be this other one then... Do you know of any meetings on week days? I went to the tower shop fri night to see if I saw some DSMs there but now that place gets full of EVOs , SUBs, SRTs but no DSMs!

I don't know of too many people that go to Towers anymore. It's okay for classic cars, but all the imports are usually show cars or ricers.

Plus, as you said, there aren't any DSM's.

yeah iam not sure if there are any meets during the week days
i have only been out to the towers once when i first started going out and about, but guys just go to the car shows on the weekend

i know there are a few get to gathers down in the miami area during the week a few races and what not
out on Krome ave by the race track theres alot of action on a weekend i went out a few times with my 3000gt but its really too far of a drive and not really worth the risk of getting busted so far down there

True... But once in a while there is a 1st gen awd black talon w/ a huge turbo set up... I took some pics of it a while ago when it was a GT42 , now he's got another turbo set up... It wasn't there last friday... I think we should bring more DSMs over there and show the ricers what's the real deal!

They did... temporarily at least. They won't be open again until Fall. Our local group is trying to organize outings to other tracks, though.

I usually go down to the kendal area most of the time iam with a CC down there so atleast that acupies some of my time when iam not working. its pretty fun actually i like going to car shows and stuff and atleast i know some of the people there.

Moroso closed for reconstruction... At least it's a good excuse to give the cop if we get busted racing on 27... But still wouldn't help. Where can we race legally till moroso reopens?

hey, i'm up in boca but i'm down for a meet somewhere in broward (preferably north). or if you guys all want to head to towers one friday or pbir, let's do it. i'm actually heading to pbir tomorrow if anyone is interested. i might not be racing but who knows.

Well For all Broward Dsm, i was thinking....Hollywood Beach? basically i95 and Sheridan east
they have a big parking lot, perfect for a meet. I've been looking at it for a while. But if anyone else has any other ideas let me know.

sounds like a plan! Im in Davie.....i went to checkers on sunday and it was a ghost town .....i think there's also another meeting every other sunday from south florida club DSM....but i dont know if they still do it.....i also looked for it on sunday...didnt find it.

Alrighty i thought we would all cruise to the Kendall meet at Home Depot/Flannigans. 88thst on 127 ave around 9-9:30. Supposidly its Gonna be good, i know for sure its gonna be a great cruise over there. I have planned that we could all meet up at a gas station and we could ride out from there. It'll be good to go with a big group of just broward there. Chill there and have fun. I get to meet all of you and we can finally set up the broward meets .
Let me know just PM me and lets get this together! If not then we can just go to the one on Thursday LET ME KNOW ASAP LaTeRz!
