I took the harness that runs along the top of the intake manifold ( coil harness, injector wires, Crank sensor wires) that huge loom of wires and routed it under my intake manifold out of sight. I did the same thing with the harness that comes out of the bottom of the battery, I just re-routed wires to where it would be cleaner and out of the way, no cutting of the actual wires was done, just cutting of the looms to separate them.
