I can't say for sure on the logo as we haven't had them out of the box, but yes that is a generic photo as there is no radiator cap on the radiator itself. Yes we do carry FAL fans, please shoot me a pm and let me know the complete package you are looking for including the radiator hoses (if you have a brand preference that would be great) and I will get right back to you!
