Hey guys i went to the feb 8th meet and just got a 97 Spyder Gs-T and would love to meet up with fellow San Antonio DSM's and head out there but i need a little help getting it working just right cause this is my first turbo car. Can anyone in san antonio help me out so i can take my new car to the meet?

Would that spyder happen to have been listed on craigslist? I think I saw it on there a couple of times. Was it already tuned when you got it or no?

Yeah it was the one on craigslist. When i got it, it had minor things wrong with it but i fixed those but the boost control isnt fully hooked up and i have no idea how to use the SAFC. I dont think it was tuned.

For the safc usually you will need a logger to go along with it to make sure you aren't knocking, but I think DSM_PWR and a few other guys in here know how to tune with Safc. I don't even know the first step to tune with it yet and that would be the first step to having no engine at all .

For all the San Antonio guys that wanna meet up and head out to the BBQ together I'm thinking we should meet at the Live Oak movie theater. Its got a huge parking lot, its easy to find and from there we can jump right on 1604 and hit I10.
