OP: if you're looking for 300 HP, you're going to need forged internals along with MS or Portfueler for fuel. For turbo size you'd be ok with Hahn's 16G which DOES come with a t3 flange.
Side note: Hahn's 20G also comes with a t3 flange.

Ok.... Where to start...First what do you mean a 20g is bigger than a t3? And to get 300hp you dont need ms or portfueler if you do it rite. And also you do not need forged internals to make 300hp either (even though its a good idea, Just not a must). Everything else you said i already said.
