Hey Tuners,
I did a couple runs last night. I know I am running rich with black smoke coming from my exhaust, also wasting lots of gas. I can get about 300 miles or less on one tank. I did do the low settings already but the hi settings I need help in. I started out with 450/660 injector settings and I tuned from there. Here are some logs one at 16 psi and other 19psi.

I have another question. I had my car dyno tuned about a couple of years ago with my small 16g, 150lph fuel pump and no afpr and same 660 injectors. Can I keep the same settings when the shop tuned it on the dyno with the setup I have right now.
Thanks

They both look pretty good. You may have a little knock in the 19psi log, but I'm going to guess that had you pushed it to redline, you would have picked up a little more timing. It's going to help a lot more if you dump TPS from the log and substitute airflow in its place. Then make another pull and post that up.

Then I can cross reference your airflow numbers with the target timing numbers I have for the ECU. That's the best way to determine if you are knocking.

Are you sure the smoke is black and not blue? Maybe you're burning a little oil? You might want to check the shaft play on the turbo, just to be sure.

Oh, I almost forgot, are you sure your FP is 150lph and not 190lph?
