First, thanks for the help guys. I've been nagging Eric about my castle plug (which didn't show up yet btw ) for the past 3 days and he's been more than patient with me.

As far as gripes, I can see where Luke is coming from. I was thoroughly annoyed trying to log into the "new site" until I realized that my old email/password only worked on the OEM catalog to login and check my order status. Another thing is that Eric confirmed that one of my orders was shipped, but the OEM website still lists it under 'processing' when most other websites change it to 'shipped' and then 'delivered'. I suppose this would have to do with linking it to the fedex or ups website that you'd go through and their system.
