Wow, the white looks really good Tom. You guys should've seen these when I took them off my car and before he painted them white :toobad::barf:. And to think these headlights were going to be trashed if not sold. Very good job.:thumb::rocks:

And btw I voted for white of course.

Chrome here, but maybe black, I can't say I like the way it looks in the pic you have. It could very well be just the picture though.

white FTW . The black would look best on a black car , for the blackout look .

I voted black. Can't go wrong with that.

I have never seen white headlights before. It is definitely unique, and not bad looking. I just don't think it fits the car.

Where is the how to do this thread?
That way i can do this to the extra head lights i have laying around.

Pull headlamp assemblies, remove metal clips, and place assemblies in oven at low heat (~250-350*F) for a short time - or use a heat gun - to soften the adhesive and pull the lens off. This is a good time to pull the amber's if you want clear corners as well - don't forget to use amber bulbs. Reverse to reassemble.

Took apart the head light so i can paint the houseing black.
I had tried to clean the glass of the headlights but they are still yellow and i have searched and found nothing for getting rid of this yellow on the glass. All that work for no reason.
I read that other post up there and it was like from 04 man. I wonder if the guy ever figured out how to clean off that yellow on the lights?

I vote for Paint Matched Headlights. I just think it looks hella sexy. Anyone wanna say ricer? Chevy started doing it with their new Vette's... Maybe because it just looks better! If I'm not mistaken, so does Ferrari.

I would paint match it with my car but i have the projector halo lights already.
I will paint these black rid the yellow on the glass and then most likely sell them.
Or if someone is intrested in these lights pm me i can also spray it to match your color of car.
