It won't fit because the neon IM sits upside down and on the wrong side on the engine Honda style
. It's just the idea that you can weld a magnus style plenum onto a stock lower plenum and have a pretty good IM I would think. I'm not saying run out and buy one like this one I found in a ebay ad but it is a good iea.
