Dsmlink's two step it actually a fuel cut. He is building 5-10psi in his garage rather than driving like a maniac on the public streets making the same or more boost. Plus his injectors were dialed in immediately. Just another less violent way to allow the engine to see boost early. It works great and you don't have to risk your life or the car.
