so i crawled under my car today and noticed there is no boot around my clutch fork!! i doubt it just fell out and i recently had a new one installed by a guy about a month ago. so what have i ruined driving around without it?

I havent had mine on for 2 summers.
Nothing has messed up on mine.
But we both should probally get something covering it asap.
water/gunk in the tranny :toobad:

Ummm sorry to bring up a dead thread, but does anyone know where i can get a new boot or the part # for it?

THAT LITTLE BOOT IS VERY IMPORTANT.

if a piece of debris enters, like it did in my car, the it comes in contact with the flywheel and pressure plate. it didn't damage anything that needed repair, but it definetly left a mark. then i deided to replace it. i only saw the marks when i had to replace the disk.

carerful!!!!
