i know there has been tons of idle surge forums but i've read em and i don't see anything quite like mine. i just bought this car and as i was test driving it everything was fine until i'd say about 20mins into it and then i started to get some idle surge. i revved the engine and it would get very low but not kill the car when i let off the throttle then go back up to 1500 and down to 1000 and so on and so forth. a little later the cel comes on, so i hook up my cheap-o wal-mart code reader and it has two p0505's. then as im driving the car home i can kill the car if its at a high enough rpm and just let the throttle off not under a load. but once again it's when the car has been driven for awhile that it starts to surge. the reason i'm posting this is because i don't really want to just start changing parts one after the other and doing all kinds of work if someone else has has this same situation as me (2 p0505 codes and only when engine has been warmed up for awhile) thanks guys:rocks:

btw, idk if it matters or not but when i shut the car off and leave it for an hour or two and then turn it back on, idle is normal. then drive it around and it gets the surge/high idle :/ and i think i might have put this in the wrong forum D: if so mod please move me :D
