Im just looking for some opinions on this subject.Ive searched but didnt really find anything.I really want to build a 2.3 stroker and I want an auto tranny for consistancy at the track. So Im just looking for some opinions and some suggestions to make this project happen. Thanks for the help.

im currently in the process of gathering parts for 2.3l auto built 2g. and theres a few other 2gs around the site that are 2.3l automatics.

check out IPT, or level 10. def. the top people for automatic performance (only ones i really know of also LOL)

ya IPT really knows everything about our tranny's, id personally stay away from level 10. ive had really bad business with them in the past, as i know other people have to. but anyway not to really bash, John at IPT knows his sh*t :thumb:

While on the subject...

Is there anything special that you have to buy, fab, do to get the 4g64 block to bolt up to the 2g auto tranny?

not sure but dont see why not, now me, im taking my block and having it checked over and putting in a eagle crank 100mm and scat rods and ross stroker pistons, and then build from there.
