I know there are some fwd people here that switch from low boost to high boost. They use low boost for off the line and in 1st, and maybe around 2nd switch to high boost.
I want to do this for my car, but I'm confused about one thing. Isn't there different fuel maps/afc corrections/etc at different boost levels? Basically each one has a different tune, so how would someone just switch to high boost with a push of a button without changing their safc or whatever they have????
If you do something like this, please respond, and let me know what psi you use for high/low and also what ebc... Thanks
Just for the record, car is 98 gst spyder with evo 3 16g, dejon tool intake, cone air filter, mbc (soon to be dual setting ebc), extreme intercoolers fmic street/strip kit, 660cc injectors, 190lph fuel pump (so cant get 255), safc2, evo3 o2 ported housing, 2g intake manifold ported, apexi 3 inch turboback (no cats), act 2100/12 lbs flywheel. i got egt/boost guage/a/f guage, palm m130 with logging software.
