Finally felt like spring today so I took the car outta storage and decided I needed some little extra 'ummf' of power...so let me know how this sounds.
I've been running 21psi on my 190 fuel pump (rewired) with 550 injectors on my FP Big28 (unported :/ ). I just picked up some NGK BPR8 spark plugs (i've been running with only BPR7, which I think has been holding me back a bit) and also the Forced Performance 17psi actuator.
Besides my turbo being unported, does everything sound pretty good for a couple extra power unleashers? Any suggestions (besides porting of course!!)? Thanks for the advice!

p.s.- my vehicle profile is up to date

I'm so glad that you all corrected me on the spart plugs. I got that advice this evening from one of my more knowledgable dsm buddies, and now with two of you saying that same thing I am feeling much more secure about putting the BPR7 set in. I am doing everything I can to get cold in into the intake, mainly using a custom tube in the front airdam. As for the front mount, yes I'm running a 24x10.5x3.5, and I'm using the SAFCII and a Palm N' Stein datalogger for tuning. In a couple of weeks I'm going to be ordering the NGK AFX wideband to compliment the tuning procedure, soooo yeah we'll see how that goes after I get that!! But again, the plugs were what I was really back and forth about, so thanks for the helpful responses!!

Told you ben! :D
You should be ine with the 7s, i also found an old link on how to make a custom ram-air that relocates the filter through the stock SMIC piping location and down into that fender area. Just an idea for more air flow :thumb:

Dont forget to boost leak test. Nasty little leak can rob you of power. You can also change fluids, properly gap your plugs, as well as orient the opening towards the intake ports once installed. Ive seen various dyno tests on different engines that net like 1-3 hp just by doing that. Not much much some.
