I started going to college in Philadelphia last year, and this year I was able to bring my DSM up to college with me. I'm a member of DSMCA, and at college I miss the car hangouts and such. Are there any decent car hangouts around/in Philly?

Also, are there any DSM friendly car shops?!? Whenever I get work done I like to go to a DSMCA shop or sponsor.

This year I was able to bring my DSM up to college, and am wondering if there are any good car scenes in Philadelphia. I went to one race and it was littered with hondas and cavaliers.... One SRT-4 was running around like a god ROFL

Also, I need to get my ECU socketed and maybe even some help tuning with DSMLink. Are there any DSM friendly/sponsored shops in/near Philly?

check out jnz tuning they are a good shop forget where they are located though. hope this helps if you out,or you can also check out lvdsm.com

JNZ tuning is the most reputable shop in eastern PA. I have delt with them before, and they are very helpfull. When you call, ask for eric or josh.

check out philadelphiadsm.com and also lvdsm.com (i think thats the leighigh valley site)
What school are you going to? There is a lot of hangout and meets around so just keep your eyes open.
Also check out tristatetuners.com You will be able to find meets all over the place in pa/nj

I see you are from Frederick, if you come back down occassionally I am in Hagerstown and could help you out. I used to be the lead tech at altered atmosphere motorsports and now I work out of my place. I typically build 3000GT/ Stealth twin turbos but I have done alot of DSM work as well. Even if you just want to come use the lift for something I could work it out with you.
