Whats up everyone im finally back after fixing my car. it got a whole new front clip ( long story ). just want to say whats up to all in the area and i was wanting to get people back together. its been awile and i know anson probably got his shit fixed too and so did bryce so i want to check them out...anybody up for a meet???

Welcome back Kyle, any news on whether or not your going for forced induction?
I'm almost back, this weekend Kevin is coming over to help finish the install on all the parts (I decided that I was going to do all the install at my house instead of paying someone to do it).
Both Kevin and I agree we should have a meet somewhere like a park. I'm thinking we should do the same thing as the kcsubaru.com guys did and have it at shawnee mission park. We should probably wait until spring so we dont stand there freezing our nuts off, and it'll give us more time to get everything organized and let people plan ahead to make sure that they can come.
This time we need to post on kscr.org as well cause there are several dsmer's on there that may or may not be on this forum.
But yea I'm all for a meet. Lets hope we get a bigger turn out than last time.
 
Its stock appearing now. I just got done painting the fmic black along with the intercooler pipes too. Hopefully they will be less noticable now. I just called today about my turbo and it should be done tomorrow. Hopefully have it back on the street next week, if all goes well.
 
aight that will be tight cause i want another fast car on the streets of lawrence LOL....too many f ing civs thinkin they are all cool haha.. but yeah i hope to see you around the streets

Dude as soon as I get my car up and running, which will be this weekend, I'll definetly go cruise with you up in Lawrence. We'll show those stupid hondas what DSMs are all about. :thumb: :dsm:
 
ok here it is....bryce and i went to a kcsubaru meet at shawnee mission park last summer and i was goin to plan a meet for us dsms there. any suggestions on a spring date we could do it??? i was thinking around may but idk...the subaru meet was neet cause all the wrx's and sti's all met up then had a cook out with a picture shoot afterwards and i thought that would be a good idea for all us dsm's.. lets all get together and enjoy a day of the cooolest cars on the streets and then enjoy some good food!!!!! :dsm: :talon: :laser: :thumb:
 
Hmm.. well i don't know any of you guys but i'm in the KC area.. i'm about 40-50 mins east of KC.. I'm in KC a lot though since my dad lives there. Ha, I actually bought my 2g in Perry Ks..Wonder if you've seen it around?
 
I have an idea for the meet so that we dont have to wait until spring. There is this go-kart place called saddlers (fka nas-cart), and we could have the meet there. Ive been to a couple car meets there. What we do is meet there, show off our cars, take pics, drive the go-carts, and then go cruise around afterwards. If any one has any objections let me know.
 
Well, I was stationed out here near San Bernardino. I am getting out of the Army tomorrow.

How do you like it out in KC? Never been there.
 
110? really? where? LOL expensive ###### though. yeah i say lets shoot for 3 weeks from now. i will start another thread and maybe we can get somemore area tuners out there.
 
Hey guys, I just moved here a few months ago and have been waiting to see a post like this. I know there is DSM's around here but i haven't seen many. I'm in for whatever whenever.
 
sounds great i know there are more than just us around the area just no one is willing to post on here. lets tell everyone to meet up at the go-cart track and then we'll talk there.
 
I get 110 in Grain Valley at apple trail. Its cheaper than vp fuels, I think its $6.50 a gallon, but they haven't had any for a month now, because its winter:beatentodeath: . They should have it again in the spring.
 
Well the turbo is back in and the car is drivable. I'm down for a meet whenever we can organize something.
 
Hey guys. I'm being stationed at Riley on the 24th. Unfortunatly my car won't get there for about two weeks later because its going to be at the paint shop. I'll give one of you a shout when I get my car there and you guys can show me around. Later.
