Boost Leak Help

Hey guys, I live in Pittsburgh, and was wondering if anyone could help me out with doing a boost leak test, I've never done one by myself before. I have the boost leak tester, but no compressor. If anyone could help out I'd appreciate it a lot. Thanks.

You could go to a gas station that has an air station for free or for like 75 cents. I just wouldn’t keep the pressure on for long time because I don’t know what psi they set them to.

I tried that, and the compressor was so loud I couldn't hear a leak if there was one. I was hoping someone who did one before, and had a compressor could help me out.
