Alright heres the deal, im sure im not supposed to do this but if sumone dont help me out im gonna go down there and drag this guy out of his f'n house!

He ripped me off, and i can see he ripped a few of you off! so....
does anyone from down there wanna go pay him a visit for us, see what his deal is!
I believe he runs off a fake name Joel Smith!

Not to sure how appropriate this thread is, but the best bet would be the cops. Give them as much information as you have. I really really doubt you'll be able to get anything back, but its worth a try. These are just the risks of internet sales.

This bastard just scammed me too. I was purchasing a sub for 85$ and he responded very quickly to all the emails, ended up paying him for the thing through paypal to the email address of [email protected] . When he emails you the name shows Matt Smith, but his paypal account shows his name as Joel Smith. I never got his address but anybody could guess its the same guy. Anyone from the area that could help ?
He is on dsmtrader.com under EVOLTALON, Do not buy anything from this guy!

Oh you bet I did. I won the claim but since this guy had pulled the money out already, I was left with nothing. This was back in 08 when PayPal still had a ton of loopholes. You would think that he would have a card or bank account linked in the account but I guess that's when PayPal didn't require that yet.
