Ok, i had a new clutch put in at a shop, but when i got the car back it was idling funny. Driving the car it is fine, but parked for more than 15-20 seconds the car starts to die and will stahl if i dont give it gas. Also, I can start my car in the morning and drive to work, but when i try to start it to go home it wont start. I hear the fuel pump come on, and my seatbelts and dashlights come on but thats it. Replaced the battery just a week ago. But the funny thing is, sometimes i can go back outside 2 hours after it not starting but this time it will start. I dont get it. Any help at all will be appreciated. None of this happened until i got it back from the shop, and that guy won't fix it for free.

the whole stallin thing im not sure about but that did happen to me and i adjusted my idle to be slightly higher so it wouldn't die and it still idles fine. but the starter thing sounds like u might have a flat spot on your starter. If u turn the key and u hear the starter selinoid clickin but it doesn't turn over thats what i would say it is. i would say hit it with a hammer and i bet u anything it starts but good luck gettin a hammer to where the starter is on our cars. I mean if it doesn't start try hitting it with whatever u can get in there. that always worked on my mercury grand marquie i got to the point i just carried a hammer with me at all times cause the damn thing ate up starters like nobodys buisness(god bless autozone lifetime warrenty starters).
