NJ meet with i-club?

My cousin and i were thinking of having a joint meet with some peeps from i-club(a subaru forum, he has a wrx so is on the forum). But, we're gonna need mature peeps to come out and not ruin the day or night. Thinking of an applebee's or some sort of food joint with a large parking lot. Let me know what you think. Should happen sometime late february.
