Do i need an eclipse license plate/light bracket?

I just got done doing the 97-99 conversion to my talon and i am stumped on the license plate/license plate lights. Is there a special bracket for the eclipse 97-99 rear bumper or am i missing something? How did you do yours? Pics would help thanks.

Theres a bracket you can get from the dealer, or you can do what i did and screw the license plate into the bumper. As for the lights, i just used 3M double sided mounting tape and stuck them in the gap above the plate.
