MD/DC/VA: V Street Meets?

I heard that V Street has been repaved and that people are starting to have car meets there friday and saturday nights around midnight. Take this how you will, I'm just letting you all know what I heard last night.

i highly doubt this... if i remember correctly, they built a police station near there?

not doubting it was repaved, doubting the meet thing.. my guess is, if so, it'll jsut be a quick failure like the return to metro was

possibly, i was thinking about the police station but someone said it was moved and there is a forensic office at the end now. I know a few people that were there last night and carantics posted on their site that they were down there. I'm sure it won't last but going while it lasts might be worth it if everyone will come out.

hahahaha anyone who would go to V-Street is just as dumb as the folks that went to metro last summer. It's asking for trouble. No matter what you do stay away from Fairfax County here in Va. They will nail you here.

Yeah, considering Metro was shut down by april. Last weekend cops kept following us around on 214 so we went to sit at the superfresh parking lot on 450 by metro. We weren't even doing anything. The cops didn't know where we were so they had a helicopter come find us. A little much for people sitting in a parking lot but whatever. The helicopter hovered over us low enough to feel the air move and put his spotlight on us and everyone dispersed.

Damn I missed those days. It's good I left the area when I did. I had 11 points on my license and a boatload of repairs orders. When I moved to NC they just put the police station on V street. I learned that the hard.
