engine locked up neeed help quick

ok well earlier this year like jan i was drivin my laser and i blew an hg so the car sat for about three mos and i finally decided to try to fix my hg so i took the motor apart and stuff but i couldnt get my head off so i took it to my homeboy who is a shadetree mech he got my head resurface and all cause it was warped and i bent a valve so we took care of all that my car has been down for almost a year and today i called him on the status of my baby he says he did all the stuff but my crank is locked up now how do i fix this can i let it soak in oil or somethin cause i need my car back by jan 9 help

really i dont care about grammar at the time cause i just wanted a simple answer and i dont need a smart ass person to tell me that i need to check it i just wanna know if i can fic the damn thing cause i dont have any money to go buy a new motor cause my new job dosent start till jan 9th but if i can tear it down and get the crank to turn that would be nice
