I just have to ask this....If you don't understand the operation of your BOV and it's effect on fuel management how are you going to ever build a serious race car?
just wondering who is doing the design work and all not knocking you.
As for your BOV: The bov on the TEL has a few querks that you have to pay attention to. First off is that at idle the BOV may be open and if you are not recirculating you are getting unmetered air into the system. Additionally you will be pulling in dirty air and a grain of sand will really mess up your turbo turbine blades.
I am not going to touch on making it loud that isn't my realm I will just leave it at: Plug it back in and recirc!!! The system was designed for performance and not volume.
