91 gs turbo and 91 gsx whats the diff

whats the difference between a 91 gs turbo with a base hp of 190 and a 91 gsx with a base hp of 195 ... other then gsx is AWD and gs turbo is FWD
 
You pretty much answered your own question there. There are some mechanical differences of course that go along with one being FWD and the other AWD. Someone hear can explain in complete detail Im sure but ya the Major difference is one is AWD other is FWD. Oh and the AWD weighs about 300 lbs more than the FWD.
 
The only major difference between the two is the drivetrain like you assumed. There are however, other differences. Like curb weight, exhaust layout, slight suspension differences, gear ratios, drivetrain power loss and flywheel/clutch is a little different. There are probably more things out there that I missed, but as you can see, besides the drivetrain there are only minor differences. The engine itself (4G63) is exactly the same.
