- Bought it completely junked (it should of been on its way to the junk yard)... exterior in fair/poor shape, as for the engine, one of the piston rods snapped, which completely destroyed the engine. All valves were bent, one rod snapped, the other 3 were bent, timing belt shredded. Which left me with 2 tennis ball-sized holes on the sides of the block, spilling oil everywhere you can imagine, inside and outside of the engine, turbo, intercooler.
So I bought it for cheap, and revived it! )
Now engine completely rebuild from top to bottom, the engine Purrrs...
Now need to start working on the body of the car, needs new paint job, a few rust spots repaired (strut towers) and a new convertible top and a few things changed out inside the car as well.
Slowly but surely.
