- Spent close to a year building my motor with no car to put it in. Did this on purpose because I knew if I had a car waiting for it then I wouldn't take my time with motor and would probably cut corners. Finished motor a few months ago 5/2014 and bought this 97 GSX on 8-6-14. Already dropped the motor in. Now I'm just checking over things and waiting till I buy ecmlink v3 before I attempt 1st start.
As of 12/4/2014 the car runs great and I've put a lil over 600 miles on it so far.
