- Background
- I bought my GST from the original owner with 136k miles in 2013. At the time I hadn't been in the car scene for very long and wasn't aware of the turbo models and the potential they have. Shortly afterwards I moved to Wilmington, NC and became friends with some of the guys that work at the speed shops in town. That's when I really started to look into modifying the car and got to work on getting whatever parts I could afford. I got DSMLink in 2014 and started tuning on my own. The car is still self-tuned right now and will likely stay that way until it gets a flex-fuel tune. At this point the car puts down around 280-300 whp (best guess). In February 2017 I hit 200k on the original 7 bolt and it's still going strong.
