14b with 7cm2 ported knockoff Ebay housing coated with VHT, ported 1g O2 housing coated with VHT, Galant VR-4 MAF (No lower honeycomb from factory) coated with POR 15, Mishimoto radiator, blue silicone radiator hoses, FRAM Air Hog filter, HKS SSQV real or knockoff BOV, 2g shift knob, , Punishment Racing SMIC/J-Pipe hard pipes, 2G EM with ported collector and VHT coated, MBC, Autometer 20 psi vacuum/boost gauge on A-Pillar gauge pod, stock 450 injectors, EGR blockoff plate, Heavy duty TB seals, PCV check valve, Sony Radio

Swapped in 6 Bolt, front balance shaft removed, lightweight crank spacer, magnetic oil drain plug, Hyundai water pump, M1 10W-30, SPI oil pan

Tunerpro with Ostrich V1 and EPROM ECU. Custom lean burn tune. Palm with MMCD. Boost Gauge and Innovate LC-2 setup with gauge.
Mods-Drivetrain
Synchromesh in the Tranny, MTL with a lick of Synchromesh in T-Case....thin driveline fluids for better fuel economy, aluminum tranny cable bushings, Factory 4 bolt rear for now...will probably downgrade to 3 bolt LSD from my GVR4 to better meet the mission, speed bleeder on slave.

Background
Picked it up with a blown head gasket since I couldn't find another DSM locally. Really wanted a FWD DSM 1.8 or Turbo FWD, but couldn't find one. Oh well, I guess there are worse things than owning an AWD DSM....like getting stuck in an ice storm with a FWD. I had BogusSVO sell me a replacement head while at it. Goal is to see if I can build a reliable low boost DSM that gets great highway fuel economy along with AWD and good LRR all season tires in case I ever get stuck in a surprise snow storm and didn't take the Galant VR-4. Also building the vehicle to reduce my commute time. Planning on swapping the 4 bolt LSD rear with my Galant VR-4's 3 bolt LSD rear for less driveline loss. Planning on sanding down, wet buffing and re-clearing headlights then installing HIR 1&2 bulbs. Dark Green plastidip is also in this car's future. Don't want any drastic changes in the paint color, but want to freshen the car up. Might also kill the sunroof to save weight...not sure though....I think it might be nice for a daily. 16 psi after careful logging with stock injectors and rewired Wally 190 fuel pump is the goal.
