- Got this car for my 16th birthday and drove it up until about 2 years ago when the synchros went out and parked it. Bought another one to drive while I fixed it and it came with a parts car for $100 the kid claimed had a freshly rebuilt motor. Got it home and broke it down and for a fact I know it's freshly rebuilt with JE forged pistons 8.8:1 compression ration, Eagle rods, Arp head studs, ported head, valves, lifters, and cams. Resealed the whole thing and cleaned and painted it and getting ready to put it in the car just need to rebuild a transmission to bolt up to it. My plans for it are to run it n/a for the time being and piece together a turbo kit for it to save some money. By the time I'm done I'm looking for a nice 300-350 whp street car.
